Alpha Base is a volunteer organization made up of fans who love Star Wars and want to share that love and joy within their communities. We DO NOT charge for our appearances, however, we highly encourage donations to local charities. If you do not have a charity in mind, you can see our Preferred Charities.
Please note that accommodating an event request is solely dependent on the availability of our volunteer members. A minimum of 2 weeks lead time is required for planning; 30 days preferred. Our event coordinators are all volunteers, so we thank you for your patience and someone will be in touch with you soon.
Alpha Base has been a chapter of the Rebel Legion, an international Star Wars costuming organization that promotes Star Wars fandom while helping others through charity work and community service. Please reach out and one of our volunteers will get back to you.
